Cashoo Terms of Service

Cashoo Services (hereafter called "Cashoo") is owned and operated by Shaare Technologies LLC (hereafter called "Shaare") of Dallas, Texas U.S.A. and/or its registered affiliates. Cashoo's Terms of Service governs your use of Cashoo. By signing up for Cashoo, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Any new features or tools which are added to the current Services shall be also subject to these Terms of Service.

Fees

Cashoo offers Mobile Digital Interbank Payment Services, Payment Services, and Non-Interbank Payment Services. The fees Cashoo charges are as follows:

  1. Request Money: $0
  2. Send Money: $0
  3. Receive Money in Cashoo Wallet: 2% of transactional value
  4. One-Time Business Registration Fee: $50.00
  5. Topup: $3.00
  6. Cashout: $3.00
  7. Cashout via Agent: $3.00 + Agent Fee (5% of transactional value)

Cashoo does not offer credit facilities and does not support payments from accounts with a zero (0) balance.

User Eligibility

All Users of Cashoo must be at least 18 years old or their country’s legal adult age, (or from the age of 13 years old, in countries where it is permissible by law), to sign up for a Cashoo Account. In some instances, you may be required to meet some Identity Verification Requirements, to create a Cashoo Account. Once you sign up as a Cashoo User, you hereby authorize Shaare to verify your identity and account information, including with the use of third party sources and databases.

Creating A Cashoo Account and ID

Creating a Cashoo User Account is easy and the information you may be required to enter will depend on your country. To create and update a Cashoo Account and ID, you may be required to submit certain personal information including but not limited to, your name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, address, a form of government issued identification, and tax ID. When you create an account, you warrant that you own the email or phone number and all information entered to create your account is true and accurate. After you create a Cashoo Account, you can create a custom Cashoo ID for which you can use your name, your business name if you’re a business, or a name that will make it easy for users to identify you on Cashoo. Other Cashoo Users will be able to identify you on Cashoo by your Cashoo ID.

Creating A Cashoo Business Account

Cashoo facilitates Business Entities which utilize a Cashoo Business Account. Businesses that use Cashoo’s Business Accounts must be approved by Cashoo’s Business Verification and Approval Processing System and may be required to submit business registration and other business documentation for verification and approval. Once you sign up as a Cashoo Business Account, you hereby authorize Shaare to verify your identity and account information, including with the use of third party sources and databases.

Closing A Cashoo User Account and a Cashoo Business Account

You may close your Cashoo User Account or Cashoo Business Account at any time and at no cost to you. You will remain liable for any obligations, queries or investigation, etc. regarding your account, even after you have closed it. Cashoo may maintain records of all your money transactions for an unlimited period of time.

Linking Bank Accounts

Cashoo facilitates Direct Bank Account to Bank Account payments between Cashoo Users. As a Cashoo User, you may link an external Eligible Bank Account (a bank account from a bank registered, licensed, or regulated by your country’s financial laws and government regulatory agencies) to your Cashoo Account. The bank account linked to your Cashoo Account allows you to use your bank account for direct payments and receipts of money on Cashoo. You can link more than one Bank Account to your Cashoo Account and change from any one Bank Account to another, to send and receive money with other Cashoo Users.

Cashoo Wallet Service

Cashoo also facilitates the payment and receipt of money using a Cashoo User’s Cash Balance Account, also called the Cashoo Wallet Service. The monies held in your Cash Wallet Account are not held in the eligible Bank Account linked to the Cashoo App. The Cashoo Wallet Service is mainly used by users who may not have an Eligible Bank Account, but it is also available to users with a linked eligible Bank Account. There may be limits to the amount of money you can receive in, pay from, or hold, in your Cashoo Wallet, within specific periods of time. These limitations may be regulated by Laws, Banking Institutions, and Government Regulators. Cashoo Users who wish to utilize the Cashoo Wallet Service to pay and receive money must first be approved to use the Service and may be required to meet some special Identity Verification Requirements. If Cashoo is unable to verify the identity of a User seeking to use the Cash Wallet Service, the User will be "Disallowed Service for Identification Verification Failure" and will not be allowed to use the Cashoo Wallet Service.

Requesting Money

As a Cashoo User, you can send a Money Request to another Cashoo User from your Cashoo Account. Cashoo Business Account Users do not have the function to send or receive money requests. From your Money Request Form, you can enter details, including the amount of money you want to request from the other Cashoo User. Your Money request is received by the other Cashoo User after you send it.

Sending Money

As a Cashoo User, you can send money to other Cashoo Users, including Business Users, from any of the eligible bank accounts linked to your Cashoo Account or from your Cashoo Wallet. In your Money Send Form, you can enter details, including the amount of money you want to send to the other Cashoo User. The money you send is received by the other Cashoo User after you send it. The time your receiver receives the money you send may be subject to the terms of the Eligible Bank Account linked to your Cashoo Account or the Eligible Bank Account linked to your receiver’s Cashoo Account. If you are sending money from your Cashoo Wallet, the time your receiver receives the money may be subject to the terms of Cashoo Services’ Bank Provider or the Eligible Bank Account linked to your receiver’s Cashoo Account. An email with details of the money sent to your recipient is automatically generated and sent to the email address registered with your Cashoo Account.

Receiving Money

As a Cashoo User, you can receive money from other Cashoo Users, including Cashoo Business Account Users. Monies received on Cashoo are received and deposited directly in the Eligible Bank Account linked to your Cashoo Account. For users who use the Cashoo Wallet Service, monies received by other Cashoo Users or Cashoo Business Account Users are received and added to your existing Cashoo Wallet. The time you receive the money sent to you by another Cashoo User may be subject to the terms of the Eligible Bank Account linked to your Cashoo Account or the Eligible Bank Account linked to your sender’s Cashoo Account. If you are receiving money in your Cashoo Wallet, the time you receive the money may be subject to the terms of the Eligible Bank Account linked to your sender’s Cashoo Account or Cashoo Services’ Bank Provider.

Transactions History

As a Cashoo User, all your Cashoo transactions on Cashoo are displayed in a chronological order, with the last transaction appearing at the top of the list of transactions. All your Cashoo money transactions are displayed in a concise manner, and when a transaction item is selected, it displays a full detail of the transaction, including the Cashoo ID of the other transaction party, date, time, description of transaction, and receipts, etc.

Purchases from Cashoo Business Accounts

Businesses can create Cashoo Business Accounts that allow them to send and receive money with other Cashoo Users, including other Cashoo Business Account Users. All Cashoo Business Accounts are verified by Cashoo’s Business Verification Process.

Cashoo Users can pay Cashoo Business Users for goods and services, via the businesses’ websites, apps, or on location from the Cashoo App. All purchases from businesses using Cashoo are made from any of the selected eligible bank accounts linked to your Cashoo Account or from your Cashoo Wallet. Every purchase from businesses using Cashoo automatically generates a Receipt or Proof of Purchase which is displayed immediately after the money has been paid to the recipient business. Payments are made from the eligible bank account linked to your Cashoo Account or from your Cashoo Wallet. An email with details of your purchase is also automatically generated and sent to the email address registered with your Cashoo Account. Purchases from businesses and their Receipt or Proof of Purchase are also displayed in your Transaction History in the Cashoo App.

Funds Held by Cashoo Wallet Accounts

All the funds held in the Cashoo Wallet Accounts of all our Users are placed and held in one or more bank accounts, and they are kept separate from Shaare’s corporate funds. These funds are not used for Shaare’s corporate operations purposes. Shaare will not make Cashoo Wallet Accounts funds available to creditors in the event of bankruptcy. For the purpose of managing the funds held in Cashoo Wallet Accounts, Shaare may be subject to fees that will not be deducted from Cashoo users who use the Cashoo Wallet Service. Shaare may also receive interest on funds held in Cashoo Wallet Accounts. As a Cashoo User, you agree that you will not receive interest on the funds in your Cashoo Wallet Accounts and that you irrevocably transfer and assign to Shaare all the rights you have to all and any interest that accrues on the funds in your Cashoo Wallet Accounts and that are held by Shaare and placed in one or more bank accounts owned by Shaare.

Restricted Activities

Restricted Activities are activities that are not permitted when using Cashoo. They include:

  • Providing false or misleading information when creating or updating your Cashoo Account
  • Contravening any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation
  • Violating this agreement between yourself and Shaare Technologies LLC and its owned and operated registered entities
  • Creating or controlling more than one personal Cashoo Account by using a false name or other false information
  • Using Cashoo to launder money or conduct illegal transactions
  • Using Cashoo to violate any agreement you may have with the eligible banks linked to your cash Account
  • Sending yourself a cash advance from your credit card or assist others in doing so

If you have engaged or are believed to have engaged in Restricted Activities, we may take the following actions:

  • Suspend your Cashoo Account until you have corrected or ceased engaging in Restricted Activities
  • Suspend or Terminate your Cashoo Account
  • Disallow any further or future Cashoo Services to you
  • Take legal action against you if necessary

Inactive Users

Notification Period:

We value our users and strive to maintain a transparent and effective service. In the event of account inactivity, we will take the following steps:

  1. Notification Period: Cashoo will notify users of impending account inactivity 45 days before any action is taken.
  2. User Options:
    • Users will be provided with options to either perform a transaction to keep the account active or close the account.
    • If no activity occurs within the 45-day period, the account will be subject to suspension.
  3. Account Suspension: After the 45-day notification period, if no activity takes place, Cashoo reserves the right to suspend the inactive account.
  4. Reactivation Process: Users can reactivate their accounts by logging in on the Cashoo App, and providing the original identification used to open the e-money account when asked to do so.
  5. Termination After 12 Months: If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months without reactivation, Cashoo may terminate the account.
  6. Disposition of Funds: Upon termination, outstanding balances will be transferred to a separate account held by Cashoo for a minimum of seven years.

Agents

In the context of our services, an "Agent" refers to a third-party entity that has been duly authorized by Cashoo, the e-money issuer, to perform specific permissible activities on behalf of Cashoo. These activities may include services such as cash-in, cash-out, and other functions as outlined in the agency agreement between Cashoo and the Agent. Agents act as intermediaries, extending the reach and accessibility of our financial services to users in various locations.

Limitation of Liability for Agent Transactions

1. Agent Independence: Cashoo users acknowledge and agree that agents are independent entities authorized to provide specific services on behalf of Cashoo. Any transactions outside of the Cashoo platform or any interactions with agents are separate from Cashoo's direct control. Agents may be subject to regulatory controls and oversight by Government Bodies, and may impose other requirements and/or limitations other than Cashoo’s Terms of Service.

2. User Understanding: Users understand that agents are responsible for the execution of certain permissible activities, including cash-in and cash-out transactions.

3. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold Cashoo harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to interactions with agents directly. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with cash-out transactions, errors, delays, or any dissatisfaction with the services provided by agents.

4. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute with an agent, users agree to resolve the matter directly with the agent involved. Cashoo may, at its discretion, provide assistance in facilitating communication between the user and the agent but is not obligated to intervene in disputes or assume liability for agent-related issues.

5. Compliance with Terms: Users are expected to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in agreements with agents.

Legal Matters

If there are any court orders or legal matters regarding the use of your Cashoo Account, for which Shaare and its owned and operated entities are required to provide details of your use of your Cashoo Account, Shaare will notify you of the same. Shaare will cooperate with any legal proceeding in relation to your Cashoo Account and in compliance with local laws and regulations. During any legal investigation or proceeding and unless having restrictions to do so, Shaare will use its sole discretion to hold or limit all transactions on your Cashoo Account or release your funds to you.

Unauthorized Transactions

Unauthorized Transactions are transactions that you did not conduct or that were conducted by a person other than yourself, without your consent or knowledge. It is prudent that you review your Transaction History daily to ensure that all transactions displayed were made by you or check all the emails that are automatically generated when you send money to other persons or make a purchase from a business. Unauthorized Transactions should be reported immediately through our Customer Support Messaging Platform that is accessible from the customer support button displayed in the Cashoo App. You have 45 days to identify and verify Unauthorized Transactions after we send you your Cashoo Account Statement following your report. You will receive 100% of the Unauthorized Transaction Amount after we have verified the unauthorized transactions. If you do not verify Unauthorized Transactions within 45 days after we sent you your Account Statement, we may not be able to retrieve your money lost by unauthorized transactions. If you file a chargeback or reversal with your financial institution, it is not a notice of an unauthorized transaction.

Errors

Errors are unintended transactions or system malfunctions that include:

  • Money incorrectly taken from or placed in your Cashoo Account
  • A transaction that is incorrectly recorded in your Account
  • A different sum of money received in your Account from the sum sent by another Cashoo Account
  • A different sum of money sent from your Account than the sum you entered in your Money Send Form
  • A Transaction missing from your Transaction History

Errors should be reported immediately through our Customer Support Messaging Platform that is accessible from the customer support button displayed in the Cashoo App. After we receive your Error Report, we will communicate with you within 48 hours through the Customer Support Platform. Error Report Investigations can take up to 45 days to investigate, following which we will communicate to you our findings and any possible resolutions. Errors we investigate and find to be the result of our system malfunction and failures will be resolved, and you will be compensated for any losses you may have incurred. Where our system errors caused an incorrect and excess sum of money to be deducted from your Cashoo Account, we will refund you 100% of the actual amount. Where our system error caused an incorrect and excess sum of money to be credited to your Cashoo Account, you will be responsible for repaying the balance. We will not be responsible for errors caused by external factors including insufficient funds in or from your Cashoo Account, transactions attempted during which our systems were not working properly and you were aware of this, and where loss of internet, personal device failures, and other technical failures that occurred outside of our control.

Our Rights

Shaare reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, terminate, or limit the use of its platform to any user who violates Cashoo's Terms of Use or who is believed to be in violation of the said terms. Where we exercise this right, we will inform you by email and through our Customer Support Platform in the Cashoo App. Following suspension, termination, or limits to the use of your Cashoo Account and the outcome of any related investigations, unless having restrictions to do so, Shaare will use its sole discretion to hold or limit all transactions on your Cashoo Account or release your funds to you.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

By using the Cashoo app, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Financial regulations and anti-money laundering laws
  • Consumer protection and privacy laws
  • Intellectual property laws
  • Tax laws and reporting requirements
  • Electronic communications and data protection laws
  • Any other laws and regulations that may apply to your use of Cashoo

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Cashoo does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You agree not to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

Cashoo reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and regulatory agencies, and to disclose any necessary information, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

By using Cashoo, you acknowledge that Cashoo is not responsible for any legal consequences that may arise from your failure to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your use of the app.

Data Protection and Privacy

Cashoo values the privacy and security of your personal information. This section explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data. By using the Cashoo app, you agree to the practices described herein.

Data Collection and Usage

When you use Cashoo, we may collect certain personal information from you, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, and other details necessary for the provision of our services. We collect and process this information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Authenticate your identity and authorize transactions
  • Process transactions and facilitate payments
  • Communicate important updates and notifications
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as described in this Privacy Policy.

Data Security

Cashoo employs industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and ensure data confidentiality. We leverage secure hosting environments with GDPR Ready, SOC1, SOC2, and SOC3 certifications to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, please be aware that no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may engage trusted third-party service providers to assist us in delivering our services. These providers may have access to your personal information but are contractually obligated to protect its confidentiality and use it only for the purposes specified by Cashoo.

International Data Transfers

As Cashoo operates globally, your personal information may be transferred to and stored in locations outside your country of residence. By using Cashoo, you consent to the transfer of your data to such locations, including countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.

Intellectual Property

The Cashoo app and all associated content, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, graphics, and user interfaces, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Cashoo. All rights are reserved.

By using Cashoo, you acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any ownership or intellectual property rights in the app or its content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the app solely for its intended purposes, in accordance with these terms of service.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of its content without prior written permission from Cashoo
  • Use any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information of Cashoo without express authorization
  • Create derivative works based on the app or its content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or attempt to extract its source code

Any unauthorized use of Cashoo's intellectual property may violate intellectual property laws and other applicable laws. Cashoo reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

As a Cashoo User, you agree to indemnify Shaare for your usage of your Cashoo Account. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Shaare as having absolutely no liability whatsoever for any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) by any third party arising out of your violation of this user agreement and the improper or unlawful use of Cashoo Services.

Limitation of Liability

By using the Cashoo app, you acknowledge and agree that Cashoo/Shaare and its affiliates, stakeholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Cashoo app
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the app
  • Any content obtained from the app

This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Cashoo has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, Cashoo's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Cashoo strives to provide accurate and reliable information through its app but does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, legality, or usefulness of the information available on the app. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Therefore, the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Cashoo app or these Terms of Service ("Dispute") shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as outlined below.

Negotiation

If a Dispute arises, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate the negotiation process by providing written notice to the other party, clearly describing the nature of the Dispute and the desired resolution.

Mediation

If the parties are unable to resolve the Dispute through negotiation within a reasonable time, the parties agree to pursue mediation. Mediation will be conducted by a neutral third party mediator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The mediator will facilitate discussions between the parties to help them reach a mutually acceptable resolution. The cost of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Arbitration

If mediation is unsuccessful or not pursued, any unresolved Dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the chosen arbitration organization, as agreed upon by the parties. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Exceptions

This Dispute Resolution section shall not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any Disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of this Dispute Resolution section is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination and Suspension

Cashoo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Cashoo app, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Abuse, misuse, or unauthorized use of the app
  • Any conduct that Cashoo believes may harm its users, partners, or reputation
  • Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies
  • Unexpected technical issues or security concerns

Upon termination or suspension, you will no longer have access to your Cashoo account, and any rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms of Service will immediately cease.

You may also terminate your Cashoo account at any time by contacting our customer support or following the account closure procedures available on the app.

Termination or suspension of your Cashoo account does not relieve you of any obligations, liabilities, or amounts owed to Cashoo as of the effective date of termination or suspension.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SHAARE PROVIDES THE SERVICES "AS-IS" AND AS TO YOU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SHAARE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES. SHAARE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SHAARE HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE GOODS AND SERVICES FOR SALE BY THE BUSINESSES THAT USE ITS CASHOO SERVICES. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF GOODS AND SERVICES SOLD OR THAT THE BUSINESSES WILL HONOR ALL OR ANY TRANSACTION YOU MAKE WITH THEM WHEN USING OUR CASHOO SERVICES.

Terms of Service Revisions and Updates

This Terms of Service may be updated periodically to implement changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory purposes. If we modify these Terms, we will inform you of such changes by posting the revised Terms on Cashoo's Website and Mobile App, and where these Terms are posted when using our other product and services. By continuing to access or use Cashoo, you agree to abide by the revised Terms.

We are Shaare Technologies LLC. A Business Solutions Software Development Company. We are the developers of Shaare, a global business media technology platform that supports all of Shaare’s technology products and services. At Shaare, we give Government Institutions and Businesses their own platform to better reach the world and connect with customers everywhere. This Application is supported by our Shaare platform.

Our Privacy Policy adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles and is intended to inform you about how we collect, use and store your Personal Information, Business Information and/or Human Resource Data on our Shaare platform. Whether you are an end user, business owner, or business organization, by using any of our technology products and services, which we call Shaare Services, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, as applicable.

Information Collection and Use

General User Account Information

All users of Shaare Services must create an account in order to access or use our Services except where a user may use our services as an anonymous as detailed in our Terms of Use. To create an account, you may be required to provide us with some personal and/or business information, such as:

  2. Birth date
  3. Country
  4. Email address
  5. Business email

  5. To provide you with advertising and suggestions about businesses, business representatives and business products and services relevant to your interests.

Business Account Information

Any user of our Services can register a business which would be identified on our Services by a business name. To register a business, you are first required to register as a general user and to provide us with the user information as mentioned in the General User Account Information Section. Secondly, you are required to provide us with some information about your business, such as:

  2. Business logo (optional for all businesses)
  3. Business address
  4. Business email addresses
  5. Business phone number
  6. Photos of National IDs of applicable persons (for some services as applicable)
  7. Business Registration documents (for some services as applicable)
  8. Website address
  9. General information about the nature of your business.
  10. A user’s or business’ credit card details are necessary only for optional public business verification accounts as mentioned in our User and Business Verification Accounts Section and/or to pay for products and services offered by Shaare Services.

The purpose for Business User Account Information is:

  1. For you to use our Services as a business
  2. To confirm and verify your business identity and the legitimacy of your business
  3. For other users and businesses to identify and communicate with your business on our Services
  4. To communicate with you where necessary as mentioned in our Contact Information Section
  5. For analysis and improvement of our services
  6. To provide you with marketing and advertising opportunities relevant to the nature of your business

Contact information from all users including information from businesses and individual business owners, such as your email address or phone number, may be used to customize your account or enable account features, for example, for login. We may use all your contact information to send you information about our Services, to market to you, to help prevent spam, fraud, or abuse. With your consent only, we may also use your contact information to help others find your account, including through third-party services and client applications.

Private Information on Shaare Services include information that users and businesses do not want to make public. Private information may include a user’s or business’ contact information hidden by User Privacy Settings and information shared between users and businesses. Shaare Services are not responsible for the private information and communication shared between users and businesses and therefore all private information and communication shared on Shaare Services are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Shaare Services will not make Private Information public and will not share Private Information with third parties.

User Privacy Settings and Personal Information

Users and businesses can use Shaare Services User Privacy Settings to limit the use and disclosure of their personal and business information and by keeping them private. Privacy Settings are available on a User’s or Business’ Profile. The Privacy Settings allow users and businesses to limit disclosure or fully hide personal and business information.

Verified User and Business Accounts

Users and businesses have the option to verify their identity status on Shaare Services. Verified Users and Businesses display an official Verified badge to show that their registration on Shaare Services was done by a verifiable person. User and Business Verification Statuses are certified by an authorized Credit or Debit Card Payment.

Information from Users

Links

Shaare Services provide users and businesses with the option to post links to third-party websites and apps. Shaare Services have no control over the content users and businesses share or receive from links posted by third parties and therefore such third-party sites are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

Information from Devices

Shaare Services may collect and use information from your computer and mobile devices for you to our Services and for us to provide you with a personalized user experience. The information we may collect and/or use include:

Shaare Services immediately and permanently deletes your information when you delete your account from our Services. Information you shared with or received from users and businesses on Shaare Services’ Digital Business Messaging and Correspondence Sharing Platform would remain on Shaare Services and be available only to the users and businesses with whom you corresponded. You can request information on all your activities on Shaare Services during the account termination process. This information would be emailed to the email address associated with your account within three months following the termination of your account. Our Services may, in some instances, continue to store archived copies of your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes and to comply with the law. Where information about your account is being stored on our Services after you delete your account, you will be notified by email.

Shaare Services use industry standards, unique innovative security management systems, and international data security regulatory standards to safeguard all information stored with us, including the handling of credit card information. Our data storage and processing facilities and systems are audited by third parties to ensure we meet regulatory compliance with data protection laws. Shaare Technologies LLC complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. Shaare LLC has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.
